Our son went on a spending spree on steam games for a month with our credit card. I didn’t find out until I saw the statement. He said he would return all of them and so there wouldn’t be a problem. He went onto his account twice to make sure everything was returned from his end. There’s still over $**** according to my calculations that hasn’t been refunded yet. Now that the holidays are over I went onto steam games and ask how to return games to see what’s going on and it says you only have ** days to return items. It’s well past that time (he started Nov.*). I didn’t know this and I don’t know anything about how online games work and your website prior to this because we’ve never had a problem with this before. He’s never stolen out credit card info before. I didn’t want to report it as stolen as I had Christmas purchases on my card, my husband and I needed our card for a trip and my son said he can return everything, which he was mistaken or lying, I’m not sure.*Is there anyway to still return any games bought on my sons account from Nov.* through Dec.**?*Ren*e Peterson
