when requesting a refund for elite Dangerous I keep getting a BS automated response and denial of refund when i'm trying to explain the situation, as the hours of play the steam client says are not even close the the time i have actually spent playing the game, I don't like the game its not intuitive or fun I'm not going to play it after the **min-*hr i spend in the game which was super frustrating and boring and I want my money back, so i cant get games I actually will play.
GetHuman-timgun did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
