Dear Sir*Madam,*I am writing regarding the refund of my Dynasty Warriors *. I understand that this game has been purchased a long time ago with more than * hours of gameplay time, but I would really like to refund this game (this is my first time requesting for a game refund) due to the following reasons:**. When I first bought this game, the game crashed very frequently, and therefore I uninstalled the game, hoping that the company would patch all the bugs in the future, but unfortunately it didn't.**. When I first purchased the game, I was playing it with my MacBook Pro, so I was thinking that the significant unstable fps was due to the insufficient graphics card. Recently I bought a high-end gaming computer with GTX **** (it's the Alienware Area **) and thought the situation would be improved, but unfortunately the fps is still very unstable and in many situations the fps are still unbearable, not to mention that it crashes all the time (three times in half an hour).**. Despite the fact that my playtime of the game is * hours, I usually afk during game, so the time I have really spent on this game is significantly less than * hours (and very probably less than * hours).*Based on such circumstances, it would be much appreciated if you could issue me a refund for this game (as well as the season pass). I understand that I have purchased this game for way more than ** days, but I was to give an opportunity for the game developer to improve the game and for me to have a better pc to play the game. Unfortunately the game developer has failed me. As this game is really UNPLAYABLE, I am hoping that you would issue me a refund on this game.
