I bought this game thinking it was a new version of an old favorite. Its not. its a cheaply repacked version with no enhancements, changes, or quality to make it worth the ** dollars with DLC ... I requested a refund for a game I bought, and was denied because I tried the game for * hours, and not the arbitrary two hours your company has decreed is the most before I can get a refund. I did not know this imaginary and magical number. I have been a loyal steam customer for years, and am extremely upset by this behavior of being denied a refund. I do not want to cut ties and stop being a steam user, but I feel like this company does not value its customers, and does not support us at all. I want this refund, and I want to speak to someone about the callous and discourteous way your customers are treated.
I will stop using STEAM, in its entirety. I feel that the company callously disregarded me as a customer and doesnt value us

Ive been with steam for over ** years, and bought many games.
Tried calling, No use. Steam doesnt want to talk to customers. *I emailed and started the process on the web twice. Steam doesnt want to give back money, and stated * hours was the most game time before a refund would be issues. I gave the game a chance to show me it was worth something, and because I did, i passed the arbitrary and unfair number kept so artificially low to keep customers from returning bad*horrible products after a short trial.I had the game less then ** hours, when the refund period is ** days, and played*had it active for * hours when the artificially shortened and unfairly crimped number is * hours.
