I was trying to activate*redeem my cards ... Hello. I'm not sure what to do here, but I have a serious issue. I purchased several of these cards last night for a friend and when they tried to redeem them, they show up as empty. I've essentially just lost $***. I have my receipts, I have the card I purchased it with, I have all of the physical cards. I have no idea how they got their numbers or the pin*code.*Is there any way for you to find out who redeemed them and cancel the funds for them? I don't have a steam account, so I have no idea how to recoup this money. Please Please Please help.
These were purchased and activated and are now empty.
I need the person who redeemed the funds to have them removed. I need some way to get this incredible loss back.
I'm a new customer* I certainly didn't expect these to be wiped out by a stranger in less than ** hours
