If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I purchased a game in October Star Traders:*Transaction ID: ********************Payment Method: Visa ending with ***Refunded: Oct ** @ **:**pm**I received emails from Steam in Russian, translated it said I requested a refund - I DID NOT REQUEST a REFUND.**I went ahead and re-purchased the game. I submitted a ticket with Steam at the time and then re-purchased the game because I didnt want to lose the discount.**I noticed just now my wallet in steam was refunded the purchase (** or so dollars). But I didnt make any of the purchases from my wallet.**Fast forward to yesterday - I purchased Football Manager ****. I played it for several hours yesterday and today when I attempted to play it I noticed it was offline. **It showed in my library that I needed to re-purchase the game. I then notices another set of emails in Russian - translated, it stated I requested a refund - I DID NOT REQUEST A REFUND.**I fear now, once the money is refunded to my wallet it may be used not by me to purchase other things. ***) I want a refund for transaction id **********************) I submitted a request to remove the phone number associated with the account - its not my phone number*My number is *** *** ****, that was the phone I opened with the account.***) I DO NOT WANT A REFUND for Football Manager ****, I want it re-activated
GetHuman-daverive did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
