I bought Danganronpa V*: Killing Harmony on my steam account (mada****). I played until a major story point and found that audio was cutting out of the cutscenes. This makes the game very poor to play and as such I want a refund. The problem is that I encountered this issue after playing * hours and could not have encountered this issue earlier so the automated system at steam is denying me a refund on the basis of time played
