I am trying to get a refund for Monster Hunter World, my account name is Radefox, and a ticket is listed below for ID. I could not get the game to run smoothly on my system. It is sluggish with broken frame rates, making it feel like you are moving in water. I tried several different trouble shooting methods and driver updates, etc I found online, which took several hours of trial and error before I finally gave up and decided its more trouble then its worth. I do not know what kind of gamers you think Steam has, but only * hours to trouble shoot a game is ridiculously short time frame.**HT-*P*V-R*GD-*XX*- Please reference and Read this ticket, I have * others over the last few days. I have been trying to get a refund**Refunds are typically not issued for purchases that are more than ** days old, or have significant playtime. From Steams own refund page, NOTHING about a * hour max playtime.**This will be my last request, it seems there is no way to reach a supervisor or someone who cares about customer service. I attempted to find a *-*** number to try a real person, or perhaps someone who will read a ticket and this isn't possible either it seems. Every one of my tickets was an auto generated response, so I wonder why we are even given a field to describe our issue when it was pretty clear no person is actually reading them.**Barring a successful refund, you have cost Steam ALL of my future business. I will not longer buy ANYTHING through the Steam store, instead I will purchase from the Developer sites or somewhere else, and input the CD Keys here manually. ***Take a moment and scroll through my account purchase history and see how much money that really is, I have spent several hundreds of dollars in the last few months with you, but I guess loyal buyers and customers mean less then the cost of a human CSR reachable through the Steam website.**This is my ONLY and obviously last game I have ever tried to get a Refund for from Steam. I have been a buying games member for years, and not once tried to get a refund.**I will be sharing this via Social media, Forums, and wherever gamers gather online how this process plays out.
GetHuman-radefox did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
