I bought Steep on the **rd of June and played about * and a half hours of the game straight after it downloaded. the next time I launched it, the game crashed after the start splash screen. This is most likely a Ubisoft issue but I would like a refund as, even though I have over * hours on the game, most of it is from trying to figure out why the game is crashing by opeining it multiple times just to see it crash over and over again. It is very frustrating as even though I got it in the sale, I still spent ** pounds on this game and would like a refund as the steam support email system is messed up and on a program that won't let me have a refund due to me having more than * hours of game time.
