I have opened three tickets for refunding Bless Online, all were declined. I have a feeling that this is computer automated since I wrote very long reasons. Hopefully, I can get in touch with a person and not a computer so they can actually hear me out. I will copy and paste the last refund ticket here:**I was declined a refund because of the *-hour rule, but I do not think that rule is applicable here. I paid extra money to be able to play pre-release which I did NOT get to do because the load screen would freeze. I probably spent two hours total with the screen waiting on the load screen thinking that it would load. Not to mention this is an MMO, and I spent a lot of time creating my character before I even started to play the game. So I strongly feel like this rule does NOT apply to this game. However, I am going to list reasons why this game has been absolutely terrible for the price I have paid. In no way am I trying to get a free game out of this, considering it's an MMO with no endgame content. I have only refunded * game in my years of playing on steam, please check my history as a customer because I feel like I am being punished for waiting to request a refund. People were being refunded pre-release, I waited because I was giving the developers a chance to improve the game before I acted hastily. It got worse, here's why:**. I paid $*** for NO ENDGAME CONTENT which is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating.***. WAY too many glitches with the game, not including the "stuck on loading screen" that was just fixed (Action house doesn't work, character gets stuck ALL the time, server shuts down way too frequently and kicks me off)***. The translation is really irritating and it goes beyond grammar mistakes. Somewhere something is lost during translation (e.g. using the "warm up" emote is *strength. That doesn't make any sense and I still don't know how to do the majority of the emotes because the english is just wrong.)***. The censoring is too much. "Check" * "C****" and "Button" * "****on" it's hard to read chat. And in a game where they censor the words "butt" and "jeez" but there are characters named "Wetpanties" and "KillTrump" its disgusting. I don't want to be associated with a game that has a guild named "PitbullsKillBabies."***. After the patch that I had patiently waited for, the game was WORSE than before. I can't even play as my class (ranger) because I die faster than I do damage due to the damage reduction patch.**I have been waiting for another patch to fix these problems, but instead they are addressing other minor issues that do not involve these things. I feel like I am being punished for waiting, and now that I am tired of waiting I am not even being refunded for this ridiculous game. Please review my history as a customer because I am very passionate about being refunded for this game and I am willing to talk over the phone or face to face with a representative or manager. Being declined for the * hour rule just is not applicable with this game and I feel very unfairly treated for giving the game and developers a chance to fix the mistakes. I am refunding the money to my steam wallet to show Valve that I am not trying to take back my money, I just want to put in to something that isn't trash. **Please, delete my character from the server to show that I am not one of the people refunding and repurchasing the game. It will never be on my computer again.
