I wanted to make you aware of how rude I was treated today at your steak and shake location in Charlotte, N.C. The one located at the Galleria. At the drive through there was a sign on the intercom stating what times they would be closed in the upcoming days. I waited there for someone to take my order. After waiting without anyone saying anything I pulled around to the window to see if they were open. The woman at the window (Elizabeth Romeraz) told me that she was willing to take my order this one time but in the future I would have to place it at the intercom. She was very short with me and had a bad attitude. When I explained to her that no one came onto the intercom after I waited her attitude continued. She said just give me your order and I will take it this one time. She acted as though she was doing me a favor by letting me eat there. Due to her attitude I will not be going back to this location. As a general rule I usually don't report when things of this nature occur. I feel as a company that you should know that your employee is running off your customers. After telling her that she was rude and it wouldn't be necessary for her to take my order she said fine. I drove across the street and went to Wendy's.
