Help with my Steak and Shake issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Steak and Shake help.
The issue in GetHuman-sammik's own words
I order through uber eats last night to the location on North Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida and I received a shake that was not supposed to have wipedcream in it and did not receive the Sunday ice cream that was ordered and charged for,so I put in a request through uber to resend the correct shake and the missing Sunday. Few minutes later the restaurant canceled the order so when I called the store to ask why they canceled it the manager yelled to the person who answered to say tell them to take it up with uber eats. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold for a about ** minutes so I hung up and tried calling again and no one was answering this time couple minutes later they had shut off the uber eats app even though they are a ** hour location. That was not a good way to handle a paying customer and I feel you should know how that location treats people so it can be corrected
