I believe I have two accounts through the phone app. I had one app with a little money and a few points, and my phone crashed. I then set up the app again, but not what happened, but I have no points now and no money on my account. I had not used it but a couple times, so i didn't have too many points and I think I had less than $** in the app. BUT I LOST ALL OF IT. I haven't used the app in a couple months- until this was resolved. Please check into this. My email I used for both was: *****@***.com . I called this morning and have a reference *. *******. How can we fix this? My phone app is working, but still shows no points or $. I have not added another card to my account, because I am trying to fix this issue. When I try and log in online- it doesn't accept my email so I think the phone app is different. * I don't care about the online system. * I'm using my phone app. I hope this makes sense. Basically I am trying to see if my original account is floating out there somewhere and has my points and few $ on it??? Thank you.
