Hello State Farm, my name is Joel I am contacting you regarding a accident that had happened on Nov ** ****, location N **th Dr & W van Buren st. My father Serafin Rios was making a right turn using his indicator when one of your clients had not been paying attention and rear ended my father from the back. A couple minutes later cop showed up to do the accident report I highly believe there was a language barrier between my father and the police so that accident facts were not clear. So State Farm had called my father demanding that he pay the *,*** that they had to pay for their clients vehicle as I feel like this was being treated unfairly as it was a win for your client and a lose situation for my father that is being forced to the *,*** on top of that where his trailer was also wrecked by your client I would like to talk more about this because I feel like my father doesn’t have to pay for this because there was a language barrier if you can get back to me that be great I would really appreciate it.......
