My Mothers State Farm Insurance bill doubled recently. She is ** years old and no longer drives. She has home insurance and has been with State Farm for over **-** years. My Moms * month payment went up from ***.** to ***.** because she no longer is eligible for the "bundle". Her daughter, my sister spoke to the local agent and he verified yes... it is over ***.** every * months. Let me tell you this .....my Mom gets her deceased husbands Social Security payment and retired military pay... that's it. Your company is going to lose a customer that's been with you for a long time. Totally wrong... what you are charging a ** year old woman.
