Watch movies on Starz ... Hello. My issue is that My account was debited on ********** today for the starz app for $*.** and I am trying to watch starz and it's asking me to pay with my credit or debit card.. However, my account gets charged frequently for the usage of the Starz app although, the account name that you have on file is different than the name on the card that is debited when payments are due. Please explain such a situation?
I'm confused about the payments that have been made and how could you take payments that differ from the name * email on the Roku account
I would like for my account information to be confirmed and also I want to be able to watch Starz since it was paid on **********
I'm guessing that I'm a good customer because the account has been being paid as needed..
