The issue in GetHuman5052871's own words
I subscribed to an annual subscription at $**.**. I got an alert from my credit card company asking me did i subscribe and that the $**.** would be a monthly transaction. I contacted a rep from my credit card company and he tried to call Starz on a conference call from his end with me on the line. It was a phone number that he said the company has for Starz. No success. I have emailed Starz three times and called the number that is on starz.com to contact them * times. On advice from the credit card company after no response from Starz I cancelled my subscription because there thinking was the $**.** would not appear again on my monthly statements. I did not want to cancel the fee just get clarification from Starz that the fee would not appear every month on my credit card bill. I want my subscription reinstated, the annual subscription will expire July *th ****. It is no way about to expire. I would like also clarification as to why the $**.** will appear monthly on my bill when i subscribed to a annual subscription. Thank You!
