The issue in GetHuman-rgkg's own words
Signed up on my Android tablet because it looked like I could access my account on my tablet, phone or tv. When I try to download the app it says it's already installed( although the app does not appear on any device) and when I try to sign in it says my account has been cancelled. I'm assuming it's because I sign up every year for three months to watch Outlander and then cancel until next year. What I signed up for and have been charged for is $*.** for * months. I normally sign up through Roko but chose the offer on my tablet because it was cheaper. I would really appreciate your help because I don't appreciate missing Outlander.
