I canceled my subscription on the *th on the website and the payment still came out of my account. I’m not sure what happened, I just went on the website to make sure it’s canceled and it doesn’t show me that it is. Is there a way to assure when I cancel it on the website again, it’ll actually cancel this time? I would like a refund because it was supposed to be canceled the first time before the payment was supposed to come out. I haven’t watched it in weeks, which is the reason for the cancellation. I don’t want to pay for something I’m not using. Thanks in advance.
