I did email and no one responded back. I am frustrated because I used the card number that I have shown in a previous email with the security number and it doesn't show with the balance. I don't have any cards ending in **** and the money went to that one even though I didn't want it to. So can I stop that card and get the money that mistakenly went on there on to the card with the number and security number I showed in a previous email I sent to you. I didn't have any cards ending in **** so instead of me giving up I checked all my cards and I reported it lost or stolen. I got a response from Starbucks saying sorry that happened and they're sending me a replacement card with $**.** on it. I should have asked how long it takes to get the replacement card.
