Your company Starbucks took away the digits*characters on the back of the Rewards attachment on bags of coffee. In the past I would be able to enter the digits*characters directly onto the Starbucks rewards page in order to earn points. Now, the attachments inform me to take a picture of my store receipt and send them to Starbucks, etc.. in order to get points. I do not have a smart phone and I do not know when I will get one, or if I will ever get one. In the meantime, in order to get credit for the points I must call Starbucks customer service and provide the information on the store receipt. I will continue to do so, however it takes more time than the previous practice and the other way was more efficient. Would you go back to putting the numbers*characters back on the rewards attachments on the coffee bags? If not, why not? I am being penalized because I do not have a smart phone. I am a senior citizen now and don't know if I will ever get a smart phone. **I am a huge fan and customer of Starbucks, especially of the Decaf House Blend bags of coffee and various in-house coffees. I believe that Starbucks is an efficient organization so I am surprised that you made the aforementioned change.
