Dear Starbucks,*I would like to politely inform you that two days ago on Friday, November second, I went to the Starbucks in Inver Grove, MN. (inside the Target). The whole reason I went was because I got an email that day from Starbucks saying that that day only Starbucks would give out free reusable holiday cups with purchase of a drink. However, your employees said they never heard of that and gave me just a regular disposable cup and told me if I wanted a reusable holiday cup I'd have to pay extra. I was very very disappointed, and frustrated I got that email when your employees don't live that up. *Thank you for your time, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could mail me a reusable holiday cup to make up for this mistake.*My address is **** Olive Ave. South Minneapolis, MN ******Thank you,*Paige Thaler
