I’ve emailed Starbucks many time because my husband is spending $*,*** a month at Starbucks on average but the company has yet to figure out a way to give him points for the purchases. Today he purchased quite a few drinks (* lattes*Frappuccino’s) and of course the Starbucks reserve on Legacy drive in Plano, TX didn’t have any red cups to give him. Everyone I talk to was able to get a red cup. You advertise a promotion yet somehow none of those apply to us. This *****!**Aleksandra Doeing
