My husband and I have been Starbucks customers for about ** years. We buy our mochas everyday and enjoy them tremendously. Over these years we spent more than $**** each year. **That proves that we love our Starbucks mochas. We haven't found any mochas anywhere that can compete with Starbucks. **However, it grieves us to complain about the service we get at most Starbucks stores we visit in our vicinity. I take a tall white mocha, with only one pump and no foam or whipping cream. My husband enjoys a tall mocha with no foam or whipping cream. Most of the times the baristas only give my husband two pumps of the mocha. The baristas don't fill our cups to the top (they leave half an inch to the top) and if we ask them, with respect, to fill our cups to the top they get so angry, some even throw the container that is used to foam and heat the milk in, in the sink. If my husband ask for the *rd pump mocha, they get so mad with him and treat us as if we have no right to ask for the third pump mocha or to have our cups filled to the top.**We usually visit Starbucks at Kroger Store, Mall Strret, Florence, KY: Kroger Store, Route **, Union, KY: Kroger Store, Ft Wright, KY. Even the Drive-tgrough Starbucks, Mall Street, Florence, KY told my husband that a tall mocha only gets two pumps mocha, when my husband asked for the * pumps.**We are so very disappointed and disgusted with some of the baristas at Starbucks that we decided to stop buying at Starbucks.**We want to thank Starbucks for the abdolute lovely mochas that we enjoyed each day over the years but we are so tired of being treated as criminals.
