Every time I log onto the app it won't let me sign in. I used to be able to easily sign in using my thumb print on the iPhone but now it keeps saying that I recently changed my password so I can't use the thumbprint until I sign in. Then it doesn't recognize the new password I just changed the day before. The only way I can use the app is if I change the password -- any time I want to use it. Please help.
