starbucks stores need to recognize that their customers buy your products from all over. So if I want a venti ice I do not want or expect to hear the constant it's against our policy, you did not buy it here or we cannot give that to you, we are out of cups or ice or you can speak to our manager. I am a customer and I am fed up and angry with the attitudes of your store personnel. I have been ignored, made to feel small and walked away from because my glass bottle starbucks did not come from their counter. OKAY*then I guess I cannot afford the harassment that comes from being a customer!!! I just came from your special store at santa monica and Fairfax in west Hollywood. I wanted to see how long it would take before they started the interrogation of how I am worthy to get a cup of ice in their store. FED UP WITH THAT ATTITUDE. Does starbucks want to see my receipt???
