I went to the Starbucks drive threw at store ***** in Calgary Alberta I ordered a grande non fat no foam latte paid at the window got my latte and left I had also picked up food for my family so wasn’t planing on drinking my coffee until I got back home And that’s a ** minute drive , when I went to drink my coffee it was sweet and I was very disappointed I had to go back out a couple of hours later and decided I would take the coffee back , when I got back to the store and complained about the coffee the girl felt it and asked how long ago I got it I told her she didn’t seem too pleased with me that I didn’t bring it back right away, I was home before I tried it we all had to eat supper and it wasn’t convenient to bring it back at all, never mind right away she wasn’t happy but made me an other coffee (which was perfect by the way) with no appology no sorry for the inconvenience nothing, I am very disappointed in the way this was handled and I’m getting tired of people that don’t listen to what the customers are ordering if they did it would be right the first time**Flora Kempf*** Castleridge Rd NE*Calgary, Alberta
