I am using starhub mobile Phone number ******** for the past ** years.*You have disconnected my line without my permission.*What non sense service are you doing?**And you have over charged my last month bill.*And I already spoke with your customer service officer and complained that you are not properly billing.*Because we have properly ported our line ******** only after the end of the contract period.*Without understanding proper procedures you have continuously charged me like a no brainer.**And your customer service officer told me that I don't have to pay anything.*And he said that it will be adjusted in the following month.*I was waiting for your adjustment bill.**But instead of adjusting the bill, you have disconnected my line saying the reason that I have not paid bill.*You didn't solve the issues immediately.*call my residence number ******** for your further queries because you have already disconnected my line.**you have unnecessarily charged me for ******** during Monthly (******** - ********) SGD *** that need to be cancelled.*But you have adjusted ** SGD only*Please adjust balance SGD **. Because in m* they have started billing from **-Aug-**** (mySIM(e) ** Plan ** Aug **** - ** Sep ****)**Also revoke that extra ** SGD in Sep month bill. All super non-sense billings.
