I have a problem with my "notoriusinom" account. You have turn my account as of today, in a preferred status, and I have a statement from my credit card, that on **th of August ****, I have payed for my subscription. Also my family member who referred me, through "Friends of SWTOR program", got his Cartel coins for doing so, and also I received *** Cartel coins (for which I have an email) when i subscribed. After just ** days, you put my account on preferred status, even if i have payed?**Can you please check this and correct this mistake, thank you.
