I purchased a one-year subscription to Star magazine and was disappointed to receive less than a full year's worth of issues. The delivery stopped only to resume three months later, with a request for an additional $10. I found this unacceptable as I only received three magazines during those three months instead of the weekly delivery I expected. Additionally, I received a payment request from North Shore Agency, NAI #21[redacted]60 [redacted], which further frustrated me. I believe I should not owe extra money when the original service was not fulfilled as agreed. This situation has left a negative impression on me, and I am considering not ordering from your company again. I prepaid for my magazine subscription a year ago, and it suddenly stopped arriving despite my active subscription. Discountmags.com informed me that Star rejected my renewal and refunded me, blaming the issue on you. I have always stayed up to date on renewals and enjoy your magazine. I am disappointed that after many years of subscribing, you would cancel my subscription without explanation. Money is tight for me, and I rely on good deals to enjoy things I love like your magazine. I eagerly anticipate each issue and am now left without it. Why do you allow discount mags to sell subscriptions that you won't honor? I seek clarification on this matter and would appreciate your response. Thank you.

However, I haven't received any communication from STAR regarding my win or when I can expect to receive my check. I have been experiencing health problems lately and noticed a lack of Star issues for the past three months. I sent check No. [redacted] for $77.48 on January 1, [redacted], to renew my subscription. I won puzzle #43, but I haven't received my money yet. We're already on puzzle #51, and I'm not getting any assistance with this issue. I might have to reach out to the sponsors if I don't get a response soon. I was looking forward to having the prize money for Christmas to spoil my 8 great-grandkids. I have been a subscriber for several years, but a few months ago my delivery stopped. When I contacted customer service, I was told my address was marked as "undeliverable," despite having received my issues without problems before. The representative assured me the address was correct and that the magazines would resume. I only received the issue from December 7th and haven't received anything since. I am concerned about this ongoing issue as I have not moved and my address has remained the same since May [redacted]. I've been a loyal Star subscriber for nearly a decade without any issues. However, over the past six to eight weeks, I have received only one issue. I'm unsure what caused this disruption. My subscription is current until around April or May, and my mailbox requires a key for access, ruling out theft. I kindly request either a prorated refund for the remainder of the year or a six-week extension on my subscription renewal date if my deliveries resume. Regarding the crossword puzzles in your magazine, I am finding them quite challenging. Some words and references seem overly obscure, making it frustrating to complete them. Instead of being enjoyable and stimulating, they often feel impossible and not worth the time. Simplifying them a bit could potentially attract a wider audience and keep readers engaged.

The platform has disciplined me by restricting my posting, liking, and responding abilities. If these infractions accumulate, my account could be permanently deleted, resulting in the loss of all my content. Many users are facing similar challenges and some are even turning to hackers for help, which poses security risks. I believe this situation deserves attention as it is causing distress for numerous individuals, especially young users who are creating new accounts. Tik Tok's current approach is affecting my main way of coping with personal struggles, including the loss of family members and life events captured in my videos. I have not received Star Magazine for 8 weeks. My account number is [redacted]. When calling the number, a message instructs to call after July 4, then to email, which bounced back. Due to the staff's incompetence, I must call back next Wednesday. Likely, there will be another message about delays. The handling of this situation is unprofessional.
