Been a loyal star subscriber for over** yes.As of Nov.****,sub.expired and I had a lapse in that time.I called in Nov **** & renewed for * yr.@ the price of**.** for * yr on a vanilla debit card.The c.s.agent was very nice & gave me this low price due to my long term loyalty.Ran my debit card& ***ured me all was perfect.Later got notices from star that I was way overdue &that my payment didn't go thru became they were missing the last * digits on the card,of which I gave complete when I ordered.
