Dear Staples Customer Service, A friend recently purchased a printer from your store in an effort to support local businesses instead of using Amazon. Unfortunately, upon setting up the printer, she realized it is black and white only, which does not meet the color printing needs of her business. However, when she attempted to return the item, she was informed that the return period had expired after 14 days since the purchase. This policy has left her feeling frustrated and she has expressed her decision to not shop with Staples in the future. On November 23, [redacted], I placed an order online (also seen in your flyer) for Norton Security Deluxe Plus, antivirus software with a delivery fee of $4.99. I received confirmation both online and through email that it would arrive at my home on November 27. Although a package arrived on time, it contained a Russian Kaspersky antivirus product instead of the Norton one I requested. Due to security concerns, many governments, including America, do not allow the use of this product. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with someone in the Philippines, as I could tell from their accent. They assured me that the correct product would be sent and the wrong one picked up. However, at 11:54 PM on November 26, I received an email stating that the product DCbNS DLX PL UTIL 3D+3PC NEW (why not use the actual product name?) was unavailable and would not be shipped. The situation only gets more frustrating, but I will need to stop here.

I recently bought a Staples 10 Sheet Crosscut Commercial Shredder as a replacement under warranty. This is the second one I've had. The shredder turns on but fails to shred. I'm unsure if it can be repaired or if it's covered by the previous warranty. Unfortunately, I can't locate the warranty documents. Thank you, Robert A Isaacs
