I sent an electronic inquiry to your Staples rebate center and received an incomplete response back. I submitted my rebate electronically on **** and have not received the rebate card. The system confirmed the request was submitted successfully. I are requesting the status of the rebate. The response to my inquiry reads :. "If its been longer than the timeframe, please with a copy of your receipt and UPC labels." The statement is incomplete "...please with a copy of your receipt and UPC labels." What do I do with a copy of the receipt and UPC labels? If you want me to mail them, please provide the address. In addition, since it was submitted electronically, ,why can't you just look in your system for the electronic copy?
I trust that Staples Easy Rebates will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
