I have purchased your measuring tapes for ** years now and have had very little to complain about* however I have purchased my most recent tape (the **' fatmax, "Made in the USA.") and I have returned it once as the tape cracked at the *" mark. I did receive a replacement...yet today while measuring trim the tape retracted and had split AGAIN at the *" mark causing a serious cut in my index finger. I pay the asking price for your tools and do not like to bother taking the time to write an email complaining. Yet today was enough for me and if I had the ability I would send along pictures of the faulty tape as well as the cut I received. **Although I am not pleased with the product at the moment I do appreciate your CSR's taking the time to review my concern.**Sincerely, **Ashley Currie
