I signed up for Stamps.com under the assurance of receiving a delivery item, but they didn't deliver as promised. They also declined to refund the recurring charges made to my credit card, even though I didn't use their services. After canceling my account due to these issues, they refunded the postage balance but not the monthly fees, which were charged unjustly.

I recently spoke with a representative from your office who assured me that my account was closed and I would not incur any further charges. Despite this, I have been billed hundreds of dollars for a service I have never used. At almost 80 years old, I had hoped your product would simplify my trips to the post office, but I faced technical difficulties and was never able to utilize it. I returned the kit months ago after unsuccessful attempts to set it up. Although I was informed that my account was cancelled, I am being billed again. Please, I urge you to cancel my account as I don't have any of your materials and have never used your service. These charges are a burden I cannot bear. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue. I experienced issues with my system when trying to print postage. Although the cost was deducted from my account, the program did not print and only showed the preparing to print icon. After updating my account balance and switching to another card, the problem persisted. A total of $34.20 has been deducted with no postage printed. It's worth mentioning that I have used this system for years without any problems until now.

The software is consistently experiencing issues for all users as the print history has been inaccessible for the past three days. It is frustrating that this vital function remains unresolved even though it impacts everyone using the service. The company needs to address these problems promptly to maintain their credibility.

The print history feature in the Stamps.com software app has not been working for three consecutive days. It is crucial for business operations to be able to generate tracking numbers efficiently. Despite using the latest version of the software, I am only greeted with a blank white page in the print history section, causing a significant delay in tasks for all users. After an hour of being on hold with customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Considering switching to ShipStation as an alternate shipping software option seems inevitable if this problem persists. The lack of responsiveness from Stamps.com's tech support team during this period is deeply concerning and leaves customers frustrated with the service.

I am currently experiencing difficulties logging into the standalone stamps.com program on my desktop for official Army Reserve mail postage. Despite being able to log into the web version, I am unable to print stamps as it prompts me to download stamps.com connect or install the stamps printer, which is already installed. I have sought assistance from our IT personnel to no avail. I am currently experiencing a technical issue with my Stamps.com online account. When I print a label, the interface does not record the USPS tracking number in the Shipped Orders window, leaving many packages listed with missing tracking numbers. I have submitted a request via the online support form three days ago but have not received a response within the guaranteed 24 hours. Additionally, I have attempted to call customer support four times, waiting over an hour each time only to have the calls disconnected. I have not signed up for stamps.com. However, my bank account was charged $17.99 on 6/1/20. Despite contacting your office and speaking with a clerk who assured me she would cancel my enrollment, I continue to receive emails stating I will be charged at the end of the quarter. I am unsure if my enrollment has been terminated. I am an individual with no business activity at home and did not subscribe to this service, nor have I made any orders or received any items. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours and 15 minutes trying to resolve an issue, with the latest hold time being almost 90 minutes. On three occasions, I was put on hold by the support person only to be transferred back into the queue. I am extremely frustrated. I have been a customer for over 12 years and need answers. My account is locked because my password stopped working, and I have packages waiting to be mailed. I would appreciate a callback at [redacted] regarding the account with the number [redacted] under Sheri's Book Treasures (the store is closed, the provided phone number is no longer in service).

I am having trouble selecting the SDC-[redacted] label from the drop-down menu when printing a shipping label. I suspect this may be because I typically use DuckDuckGo instead of Chrome, and the stamps.com software may not have downloaded properly. I'm worried that uninstalling the current stamps.com software might affect my ability to print postage due to my license. I would appreciate advice on how to resolve this issue effectively.

I have been trying to add money to my bank account multiple times, and each attempt has been approved by the bank, charging me $1.00 each time. The bank claims the issue is on your end, while you say it's on theirs. I signed up for Stamps.com on December 1, [redacted], but have not been able to print a stamp. My username is johnp47. I'm having issues with my Dymo Twin Turbo printer. I was attempting to print 29 stamps, but when I returned, the stamps hadn't printed even though it deducted the money from my account. Endicia suggested reaching out to you. I've been experiencing this problem since around December 11th. I've tried calling, but the long hold times are inconvenient as I don't have hours to wait on the phone. As a result, I've had to resort to buying stamps in person from the local market and post office.

I placed an order for Christmas stamps on December 3rd under Order #o[redacted]; however, I have yet to receive them. After inquiring via email, I was informed that they were mailed on December 16th. It is now December 28th, and I have not received the stamps. I have noticed the charge of $46.30 for the stamps on our credit card statement. I have encountered issues with Stamps.com as their bar codes are not scanning properly. This has caused me significant losses on eBay due to returned items and lack of tracking information. Despite having a high-quality inkjet printer, the bar codes still fail to scan, leading to a stressful experience on eBay. I recently received an email from your team regarding my account balance. The email mentioned that my account was automatically funded with $[redacted].[redacted] on October 1, [redacted], setting my new balance. However, I had a previous balance of $82.51, so the total should have been $[redacted].51 instead of $[redacted].15. I did not authorize an automatic recharge. Despite trying to contact customer service using the provided number in the email, it seems to be constantly busy. As per my app, my current balance is showing as $74.36.

Hello - I have recently discovered a charge of $[redacted].54 on my card by Stamps.com for postage I did not receive. I am seeking a prompt refund for this transaction. I encountered issues when attempting to add a new card to my account to purchase postage. Despite multiple attempts with different cards, I received error messages indicating that the payment could not be processed. To my surprise, I found a $[redacted].54 charge on my card ending in [redacted], even though I could not successfully add those funds to my account. I kindly request a refund for any erroneous charges on cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted] as soon as possible. I signed up for your service and received a free promotion but did not authorize the automatic monthly charge of $17.99. I have not made any stamp orders to trigger this charge.
