A few years ago, after getting a pacemaker at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital in Calcutta, I received a message with serial number and login password on my mobile phone ([redacted]). Unsure of where to use these details, I reached out to the hospital, but they couldn't assist. My pacemaker has been working fine, so I left it at that. During my recent check-up at the hospital, everything was okay, but one doctor asked about a patient ID card which I hadn't received. The doctor suggested I contact support. Here are my details: Name: Kalyan Majumder Address: [redacted]/4 Ashoknagar, West Bengal, PIN: [redacted], India Phone: [redacted]8 Age: 73 years

While riding in a vehicle, I experience a sensation of air pressure changes and discomfort, which leads to dizziness when exiting the car. I have a left bundle branch blockage in my heart and underwent heart surgery in July [redacted]. Additionally, I received a pacemaker in January [redacted] due to a low pulse. During the lead placement for the pacemaker, only one lead could be secured due to changes in my heart post-surgery. My doctor explained that I required a single-chamber pacemaker despite being implanted with a double-chamber DDDR pacemaker. Currently, my pacemaker settings are at a pulse rate of 70/[redacted] in fast mode. I also struggle with sleep issues and inquired whether my pulse dropping below 70 at night could be affecting my sleep. The local office mentioned that the pacemaker automatically adjusts to 60 at rest, potentially impacting my sleep quality.

A few months ago, I misplaced my St. Jude pacemaker ID card. After contacting you, I was assured a replacement would be sent promptly but it hasn't arrived yet. Now, I've also lost my temporary card. The pacemaker was implanted by Dr. Charles Croft in Melbourne, FL, in October [redacted]. I am Dr. Floyd Bryan MD of [redacted] West River Oaks Dr., Indialantic, FL [redacted]. Could you kindly send me a replacement card, please? On a side note, when I tried the 'live chat' feature, I ended up with a computer repair technical service company, which was frustrating.

A few months ago, I misplaced my pacemaker ID card and contacted you for a replacement which I never received. Now, I've lost my temporary St. Jude card as well. The pacemaker was implanted by Dr. Charles Croft at [redacted] Oak St, Melbourne, FL [redacted], into Dr. Floyd Bryan at [redacted] West River Oaks Dr, Indialantic, FL [redacted] around October [redacted]. When I tried to use the chat service, I was directed to a computer repair company instead. Could you please send the replacement card to the correct address as soon as possible? Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, F. Bryan, MD.

I have been trying for a long time to get my last name changed in your system without success. My current name is Betty Johnson, but I need it to be updated to Betty Lilley. I reside at [redacted] N. Jefferson, Paris, IL 61[redacted]. Despite speaking with someone in the last 2 months, the issue remains unresolved. If this matter cannot be rectified, I may need to stop donating or be removed from your system.

Dear Sir, I had a St. Jude VERITY ADx XL DC cardiac pacemaker, model [redacted] DDD, installed at Mission Hospital in Durgapur, West Bengal in February [redacted]. I received a warranty certificate and an ID card which have unfortunately been misplaced. I only realized this when I needed a pacemaker interrogation. Now, I am unable to undergo check-ups or battery replacements without these documents. Kindly assist me in obtaining a new warranty certificate and ID card. Thank you for your cooperation. My mother had a CRT-D implanted on 3/11/15 with a final diagnosis including hypertension, acute coronary syndrome, non-critical coronary artery disease, and CRT-D insertion. About a year later, she experienced a shocking sensation, followed by the machine beeping later that year, which required a reset by the doctor. Today, the machine unexpectedly started vibrating continuously for 5-10 seconds twice. I am unsure what steps to take next. Also, I am looking to locate the warranty card for the machine. I am wondering if the device will need to be replaced.

My physician needs me to undergo an MRI for my feet. However, all the facilities I've reached out to have mentioned that my St. Jude's pacemaker is not compatible with an MRI and they are unwilling to proceed. I find it unexpected that an MRI on my feet could affect my pacemaker. I now live in North Carolina after relocating from Utah a year ago. In Utah, I had an MRI after I got the pacemaker, and the staff just deactivated it during the scan. Surely, there must be a resolution to this dilemma.
