I recently purchased a 3-year laptop protection plan from ST. Despite the website stating multiple times that claims must be made within 30 days, there are exceptions for items on backorder or shipped later than the purchase date, which was my situation. Although I bought the protection 32 days ago, I only received the laptop about 14 days ago. When I contacted Customer Service, the representative was rude, made me wait on hold, and ultimately forced a cancellation. I have screenshots showing that I should be eligible for protection since the laptop was shipped late. Even if I was 2 days past the 30-day mark, my laptop is still new, and I take good care of my belongings. It's frustrating that I had planned to purchase this warranty from ST only to be treated poorly.

About two weeks ago, I submitted a claim for my dryer. Despite numerous calls and discussions with different representatives, I am still waiting for a resolution. I have been promised a replacement within 2-3 days, but have not heard anything yet. A dryer is essential, and being without one is inconvenient. I need confirmation that a replacement is coming or that a reimbursement is being processed. Any other solution is unsatisfactory. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may consider discontinuing my use of Square Trade warranties, as the service does not seem to be as efficient as it used to be. Please provide me with a prompt update. Thank you.

I purchased a 2-year protection plan for two Amazon Fire 10 tablets on 11/22/[redacted] from Target. I paid $35 each, totaling $70. I have filed two claims and sent the tablets to the company yesterday. The claim numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I explained that my kids, aged 5 and 7, were unable to charge the tablets. Even after my attempted charging, they still did not charge. After receiving an email stating my claim was inaccurate, I reached out to Amazon because I was told I was still under warranty. Amazon quickly replaced the tablets due to known issues with charging. Getting in touch with a customer service representative has been difficult. I tried to connect with three different people, but once I provided the claim numbers, they ended the chat. Now, it states that there is no one available to assist me. This is frustrating for a 24-hour service. I await your prompt response. - C.R.

My grandson's Nintendo Switch had issues, so we sent it in for repairs. Although they fixed the problem, they mistakenly swapped out his brand new limited edition game card for an older one, which he already owns. I tried contacting them twice about the issue via email, but received no response. When I reached out by phone, a representative named Kenesha stated they couldn't assist. I have evidence of the duplicate game cards and the original packaging of the missing card. I just want the new game card returned and I am willing to return the incorrect one they placed in the device. The repair technician's initials are on the paperwork, giving them the necessary information to address this situation.

Claim Number: [redacted]23 I initially sent two one-minute videos, as requested by the warranty center in Pakistan, showing the problem with my TV randomly shutting off and on for over four minutes. They requested shorter videos and when I sent two videos between 10-15 seconds long, I was told they couldn't view MOV format videos. These videos were recorded on my iPhone. I can play them on my computer and resend them, so they should be able to view them too. I would like to speak to someone in the USA to help Square Trade finalize my claim. Thank you for your assistance. William G.

I bought an electronic product on eBay. The item number is [redacted]86, and the order number is 27-06[redacted]1. Unfortunately, I've encountered multiple issues with it. The product differs from what I ordered, lacking specified features like 45 watts per channel and a reverse camera program. I've had sound problems, software conflicts, slow boot-up, and now it won't turn on at all. Despite my requests for a return, the seller has been unhelpful, sending irrelevant emails and offering inadequate solutions like sending a motherboard or a zip file for installation. I'm frustrated with this situation and need a resolution promptly.

I bought an exercise bike on eBay, and after being informed that my order was out of stock, I was given a brief window to select an alternative item. When I inquired about available options, they were unable to provide specifics. Despite my request for details on the replacement item, they only mentioned it included the exercise bike, a water bottle, and a digital monitor, without dimensions or a photo. Upon requesting a refund, they claimed to have already shipped an item without my consent. Their instruction was to refuse the delivery and once returned, a refund would be issued. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and I feel misled by their actions. I am in urgent need of a prompt resolution.

I've been attempting to file a claim for an eBay purchase I made on 12/3/[redacted] with a Square Trade Protection Plan. My plan number is [redacted][redacted], and the item is #[redacted]17. The VHS part of the Sanyo VHS to DVD Recorder has mechanically malfunctioned with no misuse. When trying to file the claim on the Square Trade site, I'm unable to confirm my email despite multiple attempts. Clicking 'Set Up Account' or 'Reset Your Password' options does not work. I need assistance to submit the PDF receipt saved on my laptop. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - James C.

On January 1st, I bought a phone on eBay along with a warranty for $52.99, but I returned the phone a week later. I've been trying to contact customer service regarding the refund, but I haven't received any response yet. On January 12th, I purchased another phone with a warranty for $54.99, returned it within 30 days, and have been trying to get a refund for that as well, but have not heard back. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund. My contact number is [redacted], my email is [redacted], and my name is Sheila M. Thank you.

I had a complex situation when purchasing the new Galaxy S21 5G at a local Target store on 3/28/21. I received wrong information about keeping my old phone number and had issues with high charges and billing errors. To resolve these issues, I received a new phone to retain my old number, but there were confusion and extra charges for items I didn't buy, including two protection plans. I need help canceling the plan with Allstate and requesting a refund of $16.98 for overcharged months onto the debit card on file. The original order number is SPM[redacted]9. You can reach me at my email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Thank you, Marty Koch.

I purchased the TomCare Solar Lights Flickering Tiki Torches at the end of [redacted] and also got a four-year protection plan. I absolutely love these lights and have tried various other brands, but none compare to TomCare. Unfortunately, about six months ago, the two torches I purchased started flickering oddly and not turning on. I recently found my protection plan and see that it is valid until August of this year. I am hoping you can replace the malfunctioning torches so I can continue enjoying them in my outdoor space. I plan to buy more in the future and will definitely add protection plans to each purchase. I have not made any claims before, so I truly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Looking forward to your positive response. Have a great day! [redacted]

I am writing to request the cancellation of my plan and a full refund. On August 15th, I purchased an item for $[redacted] along with a Square Trade 2-year warranty for $47.99. While my experience with Square Trade was positive, the seller of the $[redacted] item was unresponsive, leading me to file a claim with PayPal to recoup my $[redacted]. Consequently, I no longer require the Square Trade warranty. Following my PayPal claim, I encountered login issues with my eBay account, despite numerous attempts to resolve it with customer service. I find it perplexing that resetting my account seems to be such a challenge. Nonetheless, I am unable to access my eBay account but can provide transaction emails for reference. Plan Number: [redacted] Snippet from the email: Total: $47.99 Order Number: 22-07[redacted]3 Item ID: [redacted]46

Our new bed, covered by SquareTrade, broke during the night. In our email correspondence, we expressed our concern about the stability of the bed. When it collapsed, it almost harmed our dog. We have repeatedly mentioned our discomfort with the bed, yet an identical replacement was sent. If we set it up again, Allstate could be responsible for any injuries if it collapses once more. We reiterated our concerns in an email on Friday. We see a few options available. Firstly, if a reimbursement is not possible, kindly inform us to explore legal options. Secondly, if reimbursement is an option, we would appreciate starting that process. Please assist us accordingly.

I purchased a phone plan at Sam's Club on July 2, [redacted]. The monthly charges are billed to my credit card, with the last three months shown on my credit card statements. I am seeking guidance on how to file a claim for this plan, which was bought at San Antonio Sam's Club #[redacted] on Goliad Road. Although I do not have a physical receipt, I need assistance navigating the claim process. My grandson, who works at Sam's Club and suggested I opt for Allstate over the ATT Protection Plan, also requires help with his plan. The monthly payments are debited from my Bank of America credit card. Could you advise me on obtaining a membership number associated with this purchase? It is possible that my email or his email, [redacted], was used during this transaction.

I purchased a TV for $[redacted], not including the $[redacted] warranty, at Best Buy. The replacement TV provided is not compatible with what I had. I have had delivery rescheduled three times without any successful delivery. The last scheduled delivery date on the 14th resulted in a call from an unrecognized number. The message left was unclear due to the woman's broken English and fast speech. I have been unable to reach her since. Best Buy informed me that the TV model is discontinued, and they offered a new model QN75Q60AAFXZA for pickup. Please update the system to fix this issue on your end.

I purchased two identical headsets and also got SquareTrade protection for both devices. Unfortunately, on one of the headsets, the metal USB charging port came detached from the circuit board, causing issues with charging. Eventually, it completely broke off when I unplugged it, likely due to solder joint failures. The second headset has a cracked plastic headband, causing wires and a spring wire to become exposed. I have applied a temporary fix by wrapping electrical wire around it to keep using it, albeit uncomfortably with the wire pressing against my head.

I am a highly rated eBay user encountering a lack of response from the vendor regarding my Square Trade policy purchase for a bacteria-repellant necklace. Despite returning the unopened item and receiving a refund, I still have not received a response from the vendor after multiple attempts through eBay's "Contact the Vendor" option. I am seeking a refund of $1.99 for the unused coverage. I received the Samsung Galaxy 10 I ordered, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged due to shipping. The screen was broken, and there were functionality issues. Despite being able to activate and use it briefly, I had to return it. However, I have not received a refund yet. Is the phone covered by my Square Trade warranty? I had to purchase a new phone because I couldn't wait, and I was without a phone for a week.

I am frustrated with the ongoing process of my claim. I initiated the claim in mid-October and have conversed with an agent monthly since. However, my claim has not been resolved. Surprisingly, I noticed an additional claim for the same phone has been submitted by the agent even though I have already submitted my receipts. The system is prompting me to upload the receipts again, even though the agents can access them. This redundancy is exasperating. Although I have been patient, my patience is wearing thin. The last agent assured me a callback within three days; regrettably, this promise was made three days prior to Christmas.

On November 27, [redacted], I bought a protection plan for a refurbished Dyson Vacuum Ball Animal 2 Total Clean, but I didn't purchase the vacuum. Due to being in the hospital for the past 2 1/2 months, I couldn't address this sooner. I spoke with a representative who directed me to cancel the plan for a partial refund. I followed the steps for cancellation but only received a partial refund. I am now seeking assistance on how to obtain a full refund since I never owned the product that the plan was supposed to cover. Thank you for your help.
