CLAIM ID: **************I understand there is one repair center in Huntsville with whom I have discussed my TV failure. He said it was a back lighting LCD in a number of sets of LCDs connected in series. If you only replace the one set containing the bad LCD, you may have another failure at anytime in one of the other sets. Therefore, the standard practice is to replace all the sets once one failure occurs. I am concerned that Square Trade is likely to replace only the one set.**Considering the importance of a TV in any household, I was disappointed that Square Trade did not offer to mail me a check based on the standard practice repair cost and let me get the TV repaired or purchase another TV. I had sent them a video of the way the TV was acting* and according to the local repair person, Square Trade knew exactly what the problem was once they viewed the video.**In the claim on your website, Square Trade says it needs more information. What is that additional information? I was told the video and picture of the TV's label was the final step.**Please resolve this issue soon. My records of how this issues is being resolved is growing.
