I owned a Samsung J* for which I purchased one of your protection plans for less than * weeks. I returned the phone on JULY ** ****.*I just discovered that apparently the protection plan was not returned correctly and I have been being charged for a protection plan on a phone I do not own.*I have been being charged $*.** a month for ** months for a total of at least $***.*I EXPECT that these charges be returned to me immediately.
