Qt Scents had our Soft launch Saturday ***. We experienced delays all day when trying to add customers into the system, before ringing in their sales. We did well, despite the delay, but wanted to know if you could do anything for the inconvenience. I just thought that was always going to happen, but yesterday ***, I registered a customer and there was no delay. Please let me know.
