Help with my Square issue

A customer bought a $**.** necklace with tax the amount is $**.** she charged it and I processed the charge. Then her friend bought one and payed cash. On my screen appeared that the charge did not go through but I was thinking it was the one that I just put in that the second customer paid cash so I pressed ok. When I went into my transactions the charge of $**.** was missing. Found customer and she went into her bank statement and it was deducted so she texted me a screen shot of that payment taken out of her bank which I did not receive. I need to talk to someone about how I get this money in my account...??? I would appreicate someone to get in touch with me.
