I have a dishonest customer disputing the wrong amount. We did not pick up the customer because the alarm did not go off because of power issues. We tried to call the customer to refund him the money for that ride. The customer would not answer or return any calls so we texted the customer we refunded the $** which was the *th ride he has with us. This customer is now disputing this *th ride for $*** which is the incorrect amount. I texted him back on the phone and asked him why he is disputing $*** when the ride was $** and was already refunded to him * minutes after we did not pick him up, again no answer from this customer. I was not able to send the confirmations in the dispute because you can only email the confirmations and you cannot download them. If you have an email i can email the confirmations to you. I sent everything else, the signed contract that he signed that was $*** total for all * trips. The confirmation has the breakdown of all * trips. I do not understand why this customer is being so dishonest and trying the get $*** when the ride was $** and we refunded his money back immediately
