Hello Customer Service, I would like assistance with an issue involving a Square user. I made a payment of $55 on Wednesday, September 18, [redacted], at 9:11 am through Square for invoice #[redacted]. The payment was for the "Michael Kors Brown Purse with MK Logo, Like New" being sold on Facebook Marketplace by Jessica Casarez-Scheid under the business name For The People. Despite requesting the tracking number multiple times, Jessica has only mentioned that she will inquire with her husband later. As of today, Tuesday, September 24, [redacted], I have not received the tracking number as promised. When I asked for the tracking number by 5:00 pm today, Jessica chose to block me instead, which raises concerns of possible fraudulent activity. I placed an order for a door with CBW Doors California on July 26, [redacted]. Initially, I paid 50% down of $4,[redacted], but the CAD drawing was not provided until 1-2 weeks later. Despite needing the door urgently for the front entry, the company couldn't guarantee an expedited order, so I decided to cancel. Mr. Sam Cohen assured me I wasn't charged. However, on Sept 15, [redacted], my credit card notified me of a $4,[redacted] charge from Square-CBW, which I had disputed and thought was resolved. I spoke directly to Mr. Cohen, who claimed he never charged me and provided evidence. This situation has caused emotional distress to my family, as we haven't received the door but are being billed. I urgently need a resolution to this matter.

I ordered a door from CBW Doors, California on July **, ****. They asked for a **% down payment of $*,***, but the CAD drawing was delayed by *-** weeks. Mr. Sam Cohen assured me no charges were made, but my credit card was billed $*,*** by Square-CBW in September **, ****. Despite Mr. Cohen's screenshot showing he didn't charge me, the issue remains unresolved. I have contacted Mr. Cohen directly to address this matter promptly due to the distress it has caused. $*,*** is being billed without us receiving the door. I mistakenly used my Medical Flex Spending card to pay $[redacted].06 for a service when it should have been $80.00 on April 9, [redacted], at "Cranes Natural Healing Center/Twin Cranes Acupuncture." Although the provider promptly refunded $[redacted].06, it did not come back to my Medical Flex Spending Mastercard as explained by their customer support. The refund reference number is [redacted] and the provider confirmed they processed it. I am uncertain if the money is held by Square, but I am seeking either a cancellation and reissuance of the refund to the provider, receiving a check, or having it refunded to another personal credit card.

I need assistance with a pending transfer that has not posted to my account. I expected to receive it this morning but it hasn't shown up. I confirmed with the sender that they processed it. I also checked all account and routing numbers to rule out errors. I appreciate the fast help from the Cash app in the past, but this is urgent as it's for a power bill that affects my kids. I'm anxious and need a quick resolution. Depending on how this is resolved, I may stop using the Cash app. I appreciate any help in getting this sorted quickly. Thank you.

On the night of 9/4 (technically 9/5/19 at midnight), I purchased 2 Jack Skellington Scentsy Wax Warmers for a total of $[redacted].00 from Rebecca H. on eBay. We agreed she would provide the tracking number for my shipment in a "couple of days." After waiting and not hearing from her, I reached out. She claimed her aunt had passed away and became rude. Despite giving her time, she continued to be unresponsive. I noticed she was active on eBay and updating her Facebook selling page shortly after saying she was unable to deal with things. Feeling scammed, I requested either the tracking number or a full refund. She promised the warmers by September 29th, but now refuses to provide a tracking number or refund. I simply want my money back. There are other affected buyers who likely want the same resolution.

I have been attempting to process a payment for three months of tutoring. However, my square account deducted $[redacted].00 for the payment and then deactivated my account. Unfortunately, my bank statements do not reflect the payment received, leading me to contact the parents of my students to initiate a dispute. I received an email from Square requesting the return of the funds that were never deposited into my account. It seems that Square has misplaced this money by depositing it into a different account. Hi, I'm Garlena Pierce. I received an email from [redacted] regarding a withdrawal from my bank account. The email informed me that my account will be debited $[redacted].04, but there is a customer dispute on my Square Dashboard that has been approved for a refund. It advises me to visit the dashboard for more information, and the funds will be returned within one to two business days. I need help understanding this because I only agreed to one refund.

I deactivated my account because I mistakenly did not receive the free processing bonus offer as intended when signing up using a referral link from a friend. I ended up creating a regular account instead of taking advantage of the limited-time bonus. I attempted to close my account to rectify this, but now I am left with an inactive account and no bonus. I experienced trouble with my phone over the weekend, and it won't power on. My boyfriend tried to send me money for a new phone via Cash App. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Cash App account as I cannot receive the sign-in code due to the phone issue. I do not have an email linked to the account, just a phone number. A week ago, I created a new account using my email address to reach out to support, but I have not received a response yet. I recently received a fraudulent call from someone pretending to be from Cash App. They had my contact information and tried to get my pin number. They accessed my account and claimed that a $95 deposit sent four days ago would not be credited to me. I promptly closed my Cash App account, but the $95 deposit is still missing. I am unsure what steps to take next to resolve this issue and retrieve my $95. Please help me address this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

I registered with Square for my business earlier this year. After processing a few transactions, they unexpectedly closed my account without giving any explanation. They are withholding nearly $[redacted] of my funds until September. Unfortunately, the email linked to the account is no longer in use. I have attempted to reach out to Square without success. I need help processing a refund due to an issue with a canceled deposit by Square. I attempted to refund it from my account but was unsuccessful. I've been trying again, but the app won't allow it. I received a text informing me that my phone number has been unlinked from my Cash App account. I suspect someone I know is behind this as they were possibly trying to set up an account without my knowledge to access funds. This individual deals with Bitcoin, an activity I am not involved in. I have never had a Cash App account, but I am aware of someone who does. I urge Cash App to prevent unauthorized use of phone numbers to create new accounts. I am concerned about any potential harm caused by this person's actions and feel violated by being taken advantage of without compensation.

I updated my phone number, but I am unable to access my Cash App account that holds two previous deposits. I have attempted various methods to combine my accounts, but it keeps prompting me to verify my old account using a verification code sent to my old number, [redacted]. My Cash App username was emilypinks and is now emilypinkss. I have been struggling with this issue for months without any assistance or resolution. It is incredibly frustrating.

I was approved for a loan from Square a few days ago. I've been closely monitoring my dashboard for pending deposits. Yesterday, and over the weekend, the loan deposit was pending but indicated it would be in my bank account on the next business day, which was initially stated as October 6th. However, today, the deposit is no longer showing as pending, and it's a day later than expected. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in understanding the delay in processing this deposit.

I am a long-standing client with regular monthly transactions. Recently, I opened a new additional account five days ago to receive payments. I am inquiring about the suspended payment and the difficulty in communicating with [redacted]. I entered the customer code provided by Square when I signed up, but it is not recognized. I struggled with the validation form and need assistance with three questions. Losing $[redacted] is significant for my small business, and I cannot afford this situation.
