The issue in GetHuman-dinadebo's own words
Hello. I presently have a square acct at my business and now I purchased a new reader for a different business. A food trailer, the Happy Pineapple. I am the owner of the business and the acct. Dina Z DeBolt. I had an employee that no longer works for me set up the account and she put her name as the acct holder and created a gmail which she said she deleted. Either way.. she is gone, I have the reader. How to I go in to switch everything where I am the primary and she is not involved. *The money goes into my account so there is nothing she can do because she does not have access to my business account. **Thehappypineapple**** and the password is thehappypineapple. I just need to change the email to mine. When I try to call they are asking for a customr number. That I do not know nor does the old employee nor can I find it on my square app information.
