Finding better success maybe using a third party I am trying to contact my processing company again and for the final time before giving up on what has not been a pleasure working with Square. **I am an existing customer. The fact Square forces me to use Google to find a means of communication with Square makes me angry period. Talking to bots is a waste of time as well as the time it takes to get a live human to provide bad information. * With the almost *% I am currently paying Square I need something better. These are the options. Give me better rates to compensate for the total lack of real life tangible customer service. Or provide me with information on how to close the account. I have spent hours trying to contact Square and as mentioned now using *rd party vendors found through Google to try again to contact Square. I am actively looking for a solution that is available for support and actually charges what they tell you. Neither have I found with Square
