Cash app transactions says funds received from $ThrowerToo on Nov ** at **:** a.m. for $** with a plus sign in front of amount. I attempted to refund the money and got a message saying not able to complete transaction at this time. I issued a new transaction to $ThrowerToo for the amount. I do not see funds in my account nor were they refunded to $ThrowerToo.
