I filed a dispute with Square Cash App ** days ago regarding unauthorized charges on my card as well as two refunds i never received back to my card from two merchants. I received an email from a rep by the name of Aerial who asked me to fill out the required details of the charges on question. I did that and emailed it back to her about ** minutes later. I then emailed numerous times (*** times) to Cash Support requesting a status of my dispute on about the *th business day. No response to none of my emails. So today on November **, **** they email me after not responding to any of my emails* to tell me that my claim was not processed because my card was present. My card was not present and it’s an app that has your card number VISIBLE within the app for anyone who could have potentially hacked my account or anything. They didn’t provide me a provisional credit or respond back on the tenth business day and today some rep name Teagan thinks I’m just going to settle for her telling me nothing can be done. This is over $*,*** that i am owed and i have called some of those merchants that are showing my card as unauthorized and they all who i have spoke to stated that no one sent a dispute over to them about an issue with anyone by my name or the last four digits of my card number. So they lied. I have filed a complaint with the FDIC as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau so that they also can open an investigation on this company as well since they are violating FDIC regulation E.
