A credit card transaction was processed and approved but shortly thereafter we got an email from Square saying that they had questions about the transaction. However, the credit card transaction was from a client who has done *** transactions with us over the past * years and the credit card transaction was not declined. However, I cannot get help from Square support to make sure that they will deposit the funds as expected - because while they did accept my phone call this morning, they have since blocked my ability to call them.
