We are running Square at our library's booksale right now. One of the pages on our software seems to have changed automatically on both of our iPads. We enter the transaction amount, we are returned to the start page showing that amount plus the sales tax and total, we click the blue button at the bottom with the total, and should be taken to the page where we enter they type of payment, e.g. cash, but it's taking us to a different page instead, seemingly related to credit cards. We've tried twice powering off and on the iPad and starting over but it keeps happening. What should we do? If you could call us, we could take you through what's happening.
