The issue in GetHuman-cameigh's own words
I have been using the Square processing for * weeks now and have had no issues. I took a large payment for a deposit on an event for a client and I get an email from square saying deposits have been deferred until I finish verifying my account. It was also stated that hopefully this will be resolved in *-* business days. Well I have been used to getting the money the next day and do not have that much time with the weekend coming up! This has severely impacted my relationship with this client because I had to refund the money, which will not be redunded for * business days, and ask for another form of a down payment. I cant call anyone at square and have to wait *-* business days for an email response. I need to talk to a square rep NOW! **********
